These terms govern your use of the Freo streaming service, websites and apps operated by Ottawood Film Group Inc. By using Freo you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Freo is a free, advertising-supported streaming service offering series, short dramas and films on the web, mobile and connected TVs. Availability of titles, features, languages, advertising and playback quality varies by device, region and content rights, and may change without notice. Playback is currently offered up to 1080p on supported content and devices.
2. Accounts and profiles
You may watch without an account. Creating an account lets you keep profiles, My List, viewing progress and preferences across devices, and pair TVs by QR code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping paired TVs you no longer use signed out (Settings → Account → Your TVs). You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use Freo under the supervision of someone who is.
3. Advertising
Freo is supported by advertising. Ads may play before or during content; their frequency depends on content length and your viewing session. Blocking, skipping by technical means or otherwise interfering with the delivery of advertising is not permitted.
4. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content through Freo for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not download (except where a download feature is offered), copy, redistribute, publicly perform, circumvent access controls, scrape, reverse-engineer or use automated means to access the service, or use Freo in any way that violates law or the rights of others.
5. Content and rights
Titles on Freo are owned by Ottawood Film Group Inc. or licensed from rights holders and are protected by copyright and other laws. Content may be available only in certain countries. If you believe content on Freo infringes your rights, contact support@freotv.com with the details required by applicable law.
6. Free service; future paid features
The core Freo experience on TV is free with ads. We may introduce optional paid features or tiers in the future; if we do, their price and terms will be shown before you buy and nothing you already have becomes chargeable without your consent.
7. Privacy

8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Freo, or remove content, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, if required by law or a rights holder, or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time from Privacy choices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Freo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ottawood Film Group Inc. disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Freo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection law in your province or state.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use of Freo after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced in the service where the law requires.
11. Governing law and contact
